Miss Utility is hosting a FREE class regarding ITIC – ticket processing
and mapping

Come learn about the best approach to completing the ticket and using
available mapping tools on ITIC;
– Web User access, and their differences
– Using the many ticket ‘auto’ field selections
– Accurately completing each ticket field
– Mapping Tools
– Finding your work site on the map
– ITIC ticket Headers
– Processing subsequent ticket types (i.e., Updates, Corrections,
Cancellations)
– Search and Status  – processing Ticket Check Discrepancy and
Dispute notices

Room (side entrance) Hanover, MD 21076
PARKING: Miss Utility – lower and upper lots and along Parkway Drive in
front of building. No construction vehicles/trucks/trailers on Miss
Utility parking lots
REFRESHMENTS:  Light refreshments prior to class
OTHER:  Electronic devices NOT needed for this class. Educational and
